Delivery

Delivery of products purchased on the website is available throughout Georgia within 2–5 business days after the order is confirmed.

The delivery fee within Georgia is 10 GEL.

For international orders, products are shipped via Georgian Post, and the cost of international courier services must be paid by the customer upon delivery according to the applicable tariff.

Delivery time may change under special circumstances such as:

• high order volume
• weather conditions
• logistical delays

Return Policy

Due to the nature of the products and hygiene standards, purchased products cannot be returned.

An exception may be made only if the customer receives:

• a damaged product
• a product with a manufacturing defect

In such cases, the customer is required to contact the company within 24 hours of receiving the product.
